School kids, parents, teachers, and friends have the opportunity to get more fun out of the run in 2025.
For the first time, two special Schools Fundraising prizes valued at $10,000 each – one for a Primary School (Prep-Year 6) and one for Secondary School (Year 7-12) – are up for grabs.
The prizes include a VIP event for the winning schools hosted at Archie Brothers, Strike or Holey Moley for up to 150 students & teachers.
Every school that enters a School Team to participate in 2025 Run for the Kids AND fundraises at least $1000 via an official Run for the Kids online fundraising page will be eligible to win.
Run for the Kids, in partnership with Funlab, the masterminds behind Archie Brothers, Holey Moley and Strike Bowling this year is thrilled to offer this special incertive for schools, to encourage students to run for those who can’t.
Funlab CEO Michael Schreiber said, “As a company built on the belief that ‘the world is better when we fun together,’ Funlab and our brand Archie Brothers are thrilled to announce our partnership with the upcoming HeraldSun/Transurban Run for Kids.
We believe that fun is transformative—it has the power to uplift, inspire, and bring light to even the toughest times. Together, we believe this partnership can help create moments of joy for entrants and their families and raise funds for an incredibly valuable cause.”
Schools have until 11.59pm on Wednesday, April 2, to raise at least $1000 on their official Run for the Kids fundraising page to be eligible for the prize draw.
