Check in when you arrive
There will be various check-in locations around the Event Precinct in Docklands.
Please be sure to download the Services Victoria App before arriving at the Event, so you can scan quickly and easily.
Take notice of COVID MESSAGING
Prior to the Event, COVIDsafe messages will be shared by event newsletters and social media.
On Event day, public address systems and digital screens will be used in the start precinct, finish precinct and along the course routes to communicate information around COVIDsafe practices in place.
Please read and listen to the messaging and follow directions to keep everyone COVIDsafe.

Bring your own water bottle to use during your event.
Water cups will be available at aid stations throughout the course, however, we recommend entrants bring their own water bottle where possible.

A small, contactless baggage service will be available for entrants, but for both COVIDsafe and security reasons, anything placed in baggage bays must be placed inside a clear, zip seal bag no large than A3.

Recommended locations for spectators will be shared with all entrants in early August.
ARRIVE, PARTICIPATE AND SUPPORT A LOCAL BUSINESS
Once you have completed your event, please depart the Event Precinct and support a local Docklands cafe or restaurant.
This will help maximise the number of entrants that can enjoy Run for the Kids, while supporting some businesses who have had a tough time.

Please seek immediate assistance from the nearest COVID Marshal, Volunteer, Event staff member or Security guard.
All these staff will be easily identifable, and will provide appropriate assistance.
