Team Managers – Managing your team

Log in to your team using your email address and team manager password.

Remember to use your team manager password, don’t confuse it with your team access password. If you can’t remember your team manager password, use the password recovery tab to have it emailed to you.

Once you have logged in, on the left side of the page, click on the third icon down “My Teams”. Any teams that you have registered will appear on this page. On the right end of your team name, click on “Control Panel”

This opens the control panel for your team which allows you to view confirmed and queued entrants and make payments.

To make payments, click on Checkout on the black horizontal navigation bar. You can then select to pay for all queued registrations, or select individual registrations to pay for.

Once registrations are paid for, they will appear in the Confirmed Entrant List.

You can download a list of your confirmed and queued entrants by clicking on “Downloads” from the Control Panel.

Confirmed members are those whose entries have been paid for and have been accepted as entrants in Run for the Kids 2017.

You can access confirmation e-tickets for all confirmed team members, view their bib numbers, and download receipts for all payments.

Queued members are those whose entries HAVE NOT been paid for, and are NOT accepted as entrants in Run for the Kids 2017

You can choose some or all of these “queued” entries and complete payment for them.  If you need to pay by AMEX, please contact the Race Office on 9292 2901 to make arrangements.

Please note that as per the terms and conditions of the event, entries are NOT confirmed until payment is received. If capacity of 40,000 is reached before queued team members are paid for, they WILL NOT be able to participate. Therefore, it is important to pay for team members as early as possible to guarantee their entry.

Please advise your team members that Race Kits will be mailed directly to each individual team member, with mail out commencing in March 2017.
